At Stitched_by_Devesh, each garment is custom-made with precision and crafted specifically according to the client’s measurements, fabric selection, and design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

Customized Orders

All our products are made-to-measure and customized. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable. This policy applies to all bespoke garments, including suits, tuxedos, shirts, trousers, jackets, and special occasion wear.

Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event that a product is delivered with a genuine manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographs of the issue. Upon verification, we may offer:

• A repair or alteration, or
  

• A replacement (subject to feasibility)
  

Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through repair or replacement, and such decisions will be made solely at the discretion of Stitched_by_Devesh.

Measurement-Related Issues

Stitched_by_Devesh is not responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Any alterations required due to measurement discrepancies may be chargeable.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made and the order has been confirmed. Advance payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Color and Fabric Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric availability. Such variations are inherent to tailoring and do not qualify for refunds.
