All orders are made to measure and begin processing only after order confirmation and receipt of advance or full payment. Production timelines vary depending on the garment type, design complexity, and customization requirements. Estimated processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping Timeline

Once the garment is completed and quality-checked, it will be dispatched for delivery. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors. While we strive to meet the promised timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Availability of international shipping, if applicable, will be communicated separately. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, and courier service.

Courier Services

We use trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. Once the order is handed over to the courier, Stitched_by_Devesh is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service, though we will assist in coordination wherever possible.

Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, customers are requested to contact us immediately. Any visible damage to the package should be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours, along with photographic evidence.

Incorrect Address

Stitched_by_Devesh is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
