As our products are customized, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to fabric availability, lighting, or craftsmanship, and such variations shall not be considered defects.

Orders and Payments

All orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except at our sole discretion.

Custom Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Stitched_by_Devesh is not liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Alterations, if required, may be chargeable.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customization requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control shall not be our responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Limitation of Liability
